Meet our crew and mark your attendance.
Our crew will gather all delegates who fly on same flight or similar arrival time into a same coach.
Follow our crew to ride on the bus to be transferred to Royale Chulan Damansara Hotel.
Note:
Please note that the pickup time might change if there are flights delayed. We might gather other delegates who are flying on different flight (but similar arrival time) into the same coach. Therefore, delegates shall expect a slight delay.About the Transfer to Airport (18 October 2025)

- Transportation transfer will be arranged for delegates according to the flights’ departure time.
- If delegates would like to arrange own transportation to airport, please kindly pre-notify the Organiser.
- It's recommended to be at airport at least 3 hours before the departure time.
- Flights not listed in the transfer schedule will need to arrange own transportation to the airport.

- The pick-up coach to airport on-time according to the schedule without further delay.
- In the case of missing the coach at the scheduled time, delegates are required to independently arrange for transportation to the airport at own cost.
- The organiser will/shall not be held responsible, in any condition, in the case of a delegate missing their scheduled flight.
